I had sleep paralysis also – demons sitting on my chest – but just thinking the name of Jesus they flee. The try to choke you so you cannot speak and say Jesus but you can say the name Jesus in your mind and they are gone. There is power in the name of Jesus.

The same thing happened to me only thing this demon was someone I knew. And the demon was on top of me raping me and choking me and I called out to Jesus 3 times and the demon fled. I woke up afraid but feeling safe at the same time because I know that me calling out to Jesus saved my life.
Sleep paralysis is no joke. The medical field just explains it away but it’s spiritual. I’ve had it numerous times.
What u said is true. When I became a christian after reading the Word of God , baptized with the Holy Spirit (speaking in tongues ), changing my life , I started to chase the demons instead, through the name of Jesus.
It leads into Astral Projection which I suffered from for years ( as it happens for me involuntary) while in The New Age. God delivered me from New Age practices and occult and I became born again. All Praise To Jesus!
Yea I use to experience it a lot I use to hear voices I started saying Jesus and it would stop. Not a fun experience at all. I would feel myself getting into it at times…

Hand raise, I had it too. I experienced before I knew what sleep paralysis means. Danny Williams, because of experienced people like you the sleep paralysis term exists. I experienced it once and its unforgettible experience.. I was almost gone from this earth… a demon came for me. Thanks to Jesus for saving me when I was praying. I had sleep paralysis and demon attacks for around a decade. I was into selling/using drugs and dabbling in witch craft since high school onwards to my late 20s. I’ve seen some supernatural things happen outside of sleep paralysis and so has my sister. I’ve seen several different kinds of demons and I can tell you this stuff is very real. I found out there is power in the name of Jesus during these times but I still did not change my life until a few years ago. After the 1st time I felt the presence of God I have not been the same since. All praises and glory to the Most High!
Paul, I am currently going through it! I loved a promiscuous lifestyle. I aborted two beautiful babies. Im a single mother of two. I also sought psychic counsel. I’ve been having demonic dreams. I saw a shadow person and weird things will happen every now and again. I have currently given my life to Christ. God Bless you!

I just want to say these things feed off of fear and maybe other negative emotions but definitely fear. This stuff happened way more often and more intensely when I began to dread going to sleep for fear of these attacks. Also drugs will put you in that ‘in between state’ between sleep and full consciousness.. I’m specifically talking about pharmaceutical pills because that’s what I was mainly using, though I have no doubt with other substances too. So remember God does not give us a spirit of fear but of peace, love and a sound mind

I was going out every weekend for 5 years drinking getting worse. Hooked on pornography. Lost my longtime GF. But I have since in the last 2 years realized that there is a war of Good and Evil going on. I no longer like being drunk. No longer wanting to do anything that removes myself from this self. Pornaraphy can be stopped by holding yourself accountable to the LORD! Praise be to GOD!

When I accepted Christ, for the first time I had sleep paralysis. The sudden attacks, the choking, inability to scream was very frightening. I prayed, didn’t work. Put the Bible under my pillow, didn’t work. A sister said it could be sin in my life. I searched my heart, there was none. Until one day I went to a church camp where the speaker mentioned she experienced the same and she stopped it by pleading for the blood of Jesus cover her. I followed her when the next attack came, and praise the Lord, it stopped immediately. There is truly power in the blood of Jesus!

Also for prayers to work, you must have faith and believe in your words wholeheartedly, since everything is run by energy in the spiritual world and when you truly believe Jesus protects you and project that faith all around you, there’s a spiritual barrier that surrounds you, that they can’t get through without permission.
It can also be people tou allowed in your life and home. Satan has to be invited in some way. Music you choose, movies you choose, objects you choose and people you choose. If you invite someone in you home or vehicle that’s into witchcraft, idolatry, satanic things etc….when you invite them in..you also invite their demons in. That was MY situation

I was in prison in the hole and I was trying to wake up and couldn’t move. Once I called up on Jesus Christ our Lord and savior that spirit was lifted and I was able to get up.

I was raised in church then as a teen I started dabbling into witchcraft and other demonic things. Well once I repented those demons started MANIFESTING!! Grabbing my feet, pulling my covers off, and I’d feel them sit on my bed. I ended up having to sleep between my parents!!! My spiritual dad came to pray for me, I was 15/16, and I was able to man handle him. Sleep paralysis too, but if you call on JESUS!!!
I have a friend that said that demonic activity happened until she stopped sexual immorality. She had the pastor bless her home and it stopped for years. But later she started watching TV show called Sex in the City”. She thought it was funny and made her laugh. Then the demonic activity began again. she made the connection and stopped watching the show. After praying again to clean her home from the demonic, it stopped.
That is one show that’I couldnot get it figure out, Will lord would not let me get it!, I watch the other show Seinfeld and than I realized that they were talking about sex sex sex sex and having sex all the time , and I stopped watching.
Any sins open the door to demons. Some people are more susceptible to certain sins than other kinds. So she was susceptible to sexual sin and when she participated it allowed demonic spirits to access and harass her. Other sins would cause that as well
Televison is a gateway. All mediums is a gateway for evil spirits to enter to attack. The Bible says Satan is the prince of the power of the Air. Now it is all making sense. Jesus is all we need and we need to listen to better music, have better people around us who care about our soul, pray more, and read the word of God (the Holy Bible) more.
Bone thugs-n-harmony was the occult group he was talking about in the beginning of the video–I had my own demonic experience with their music around 2004. When he talked about the rapper who doesn’t write lyrics but just comes up with them on the spot, he was talking about Jay-Z.
Overall this was a very interesting testimony. In my 10 year walk with God, one thing I have definitely learned is that satan has a counterfeit for pretty much everything God does. When the pastor burned the rap lyrics, the demon wanted to “chastise him”, and he even attempted to harden his heart! The demonic realm is extremely strategic and organized, and it takes itself very seriously. Also, when you make a deal with a devil, not only does satan take that very seriously, so does God! If you open portals big time like this pastor did, the only solution is to hand your life over to Jesus and start the process of becoming a New Creature in Christ, anything short of that will just result in demonic torment, even to the point of death.

On the song “Phone home” he said “we are not the same, I am an alien”, and he also calls himself a martian. More than likely he is in communion with demons masquerading as aliens or something like that, and he aligns with them, or thinks he is one of them, etc. Regardless, I would venture to guess that he is being fed his music by demons.

They definitely deal with a lot of demonic torment and some even deal with outright possession. I don’t have any doubt that demons are dragging many deeper and deeper into darkness until they overdose or commit suicide. Some people, like Jimi Hendrix, have even talked about demons tormenting them. There is certainly much satanic torment that occurs in the entertainment industry which has led to much death.

A young coworker of mine many years ago told me that when the rapper Tupac Shakur was killed, there were young men in his neighborhood going crazy with grief and anger. He said they started rioting and breaking into people’s homes seeking to murder someone out of rage. He said that he thought he’d be ok if he just stayed inside his apartment until things settled down after a day or so. But while he was trying to wait for things to settle down, he heard someone trying to bust through his front door. He went out a window and onto the fire escape and down a back alley to get away. In the alley, someone else tried to grab him but he was able to get away from that person also. He was so frightened, he went to live on a farm several counties away with a friend’s family. He never went back to his apartment. He said a spirit of murder had been released in his neighborhood after the rapper’s death.
